All of our special services for both men and women make wonderful gifts and are available for all occasions!
Each appointment is specially reserved for you. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Gratuity is not included in price of service. Please cancel all Spa Packages at least 48 hours prior to all scheduled services. All no-shows are subject to no refund.
Gift Certificate Appointments: a 24 hour cancelation notice is required on all gift certificate appointments. If cancelation is less than 24 hours then 25% will be deducted from gift certificate total.
When booking multiple Spa appointments you will need to leave a credit card number to hold your appointment. We require 24 hour cancellation notice. If cancellation is less than 24 hours then your credit card will be charged for half of your service total.

Monday 9-6, Tuesday- Thursday 9-8, Friday 9-7, Saturday 8-4
Scheduling of Appointments
We suggest making all service reservations at least 2 weeks in advance. To ensure your desired Spa service date please call to schedule your appoitment 4-6 weeks in advance. When booking multiple Spa appointments you will need to leave a credit card number to hold your appointment. We require 24 hour cancellation notice. If cancellation is less than 24 hours then your credit card will be charged for half of your service total. Please keep in mind that gift certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled spa service.
We recommend scheduling your next hair, nail, or spa service prior to leaving the salon. Please arrive on time for all scheduled appointments.
Payment of Services/Gift Certificate Policy
The Forum Salon & Spa is an independent salon. Payment for individual services and retail is made directly to the technician. All technicians accept cash and personal checks. Please check with your technician to see if they accept credit card.
Gift Certificates must be paid at time of purchase and must be paid with check, cash, or Mastercard/Visa/Discover cards. All Gift Certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and VOID one year from the date of purchase on certificate. Gift Certificates will become VOID if the scheduled appointment is not cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
